The Problem-- water leaking in through roof of three storey semi detached building
Solution-- to Survey the roof for damage without the need to put up scaffolding as required by health and safety to achieve the desired result with the least amount of inconvenience and minimal cost to the client.
Method-- As this property is a three storey semi detached property there was limited access and the use of ladders was put into question for safety purposes for such a high property the only other answer was to install scaffolding for the survey to the roof to be made, this would be quite expensive to complete so elevated kent where asked to photograph the roof to check for any signs of damage that would require repair.
Conclusion--- as can be seen in the pictures the damage to the roof can be clearly seen ready for the roofing contractor to arrange for repairs to be made.
